Community Care Camps provide safe, accessible spaces for at risk community members during periods of extreme weather, reducing health risks associated with exposure. Each camp offers shelter, two hot meals daily, snacks, and beverages, ensuring consistent nourishment and hydration. Staff including elders, paramedics, social workers, and therapists, deliver culturally grounded support, crisis response, and wellness check-ins in a respectful, non-judgmental environment.
