Housing Diversion

Description

The Housing Diversion: Safe Pathway to Home and Community project supports women and gender-diverse individuals transitioning from the justice system. Elizabeth Fry will provide holistic, person-centered services, including advocacy, cultural healing, and mental health support. Reaching Home will fund two roles: a Reintegration Housing Support Worker, who will secure and prepare housing pre-release, and a Peer Support Mentor, who will offer on going wraparound support.
