Housing with Support at RaY (HF)

Description

Housing with Support at RaY is a Housing Supports project operated by Resource Assistance for Youth (RAY) Inc. The project is specifically designed to assist young individuals by offering a comprehensive suite of services tailored to meet their unique needs.

The project delivers case management, stable housing, cultural supports, and essential needs, focusing particularly on those experiencing mental health issues, addictions, and identity-related challenges, including 2LGBTQ+ individuals and those from diverse cultural backgrounds. This initiative ensures that these young individuals receive the support necessary to overcome their challenges and achieve stability.

Special emphasis is placed on supporting Indigenous People, visible minorities, and youth transitioning from children's institutions or foster care. By providing both housing and comprehensive support, Housing with Support at RaY aims to foster stability and personal growth, enabling these vulnerable groups to build a foundation for a successful future. The nurturing and supportive environment offered by the project is crucial in helping young people transition to a stable and independent life.
