Naatamooskakowin (Coordinated Access)

Description

The Naatamooskakowin project, funded through Reaching Home, is focused on planning, designing, implementing, and evaluating the Coordinated Access System in Winnipeg.

As part of this initiative, HIFIS staff collaborate with agencies to provide setup, training, and ongoing support, ensuring the full operational use of HIFIS as a core component of the Coordinated Access System in the city.
