The Bear Den Housing Support Project

Description

The Bear Den Housing Support Project (Bear Den) is an Indigenous led housing hub in the West End. This project is part of Spence Neighbourhood Association's (SNA) larger housing strategy and offers homeless and tenant support through landlord mediation to prevent evictions, emergency rent or utilities payments, damage deposits, apartment set-up, and assisting with attaining housing.
