2018 Winnipeg Street Census

On April 17 and 18, 2018, the Winnipeg Street Census was conducted, providing a comprehensive snapshot of homelessness in our city.

This Point-in-Time count gathered data from approximately 1,519 individuals experiencing homelessness, offering valuable insights into their demographics, experiences, and the systemic challenges they face.

The findings are instrumental in informing policies, programs, and collaborative efforts aimed at addressing and ultimately ending homelessness in Winnipeg.
