Reaching Home: Canada's Homelessness Strategy supports a wide range of community-based projects across Winnipeg aimed at preventing and reducing homelessness.

Through local leadership from End Homelessness Winnipeg as the Community Entity, federal funding is directed to initiatives that reflect Winnipeg's priorities, focusing on housing stability, culturally appropriate supports, system coordination, and prevention.

From transitional housing and outreach services to shelter diversion, Indigenous-led programming, and youth supports, these projects are grounded in equity and evidence.
